RCT Classifier

RCT Classifer is an AI-based tool that automatically tags references to an RCT (randomized controlled trial) study design with an RCT tag.

  •  The RCT Classifier is only used for reviews where the review has been selected as a Medical and Health Sciences review or is flagged as a Cochrane review.
  • The tool can analyse references with a title length of at least 14 characters and an abstract length of at least 400 characters.
  • The tool can also be used to remove non-RCT references from the references to be assessed in advance.
  • Read more about RCT Classifier in Covidence's English-language guidelines.

Here you can define different roles for different reviewers.

On the same page, you can also see the progress of your team members as they go through the articles.

On the Reviewer tab, you can invite other authors, including those outside the University of Turku, to contribute to your review. Here you can also see if an invitation is still waiting for approval.

Here you can define and record the inclusion criteria for a review, define your criteria for excluding articles at the full-text stage and you can add keywords for inclusion and exclusion criteria that will be highlighted in the reference data. These make it easier to identify key points for review.

You can create your own tags to add to references.
