The collection of Turku University Library includes a wide selection of e-books from various disciplines.
Electronic resources in general are the fastest growing part of the Library’s collections and e-books play a major part in our electronic resources. E-Books are purchased as individual purchases as a well as part of larger e-book packages and international databases.
The Library purchases e-books from various platforms and publishers. Most of the e-books can be read in a web browser, and a vast majority can also be:
- searched through Volter. Remember to sign in with your utu-credentials!
- downloaded in PDF- or HTML-format.
- read outside the University of Turku Network.
Laptops and tablets can be borrowed from the library, e.g. for reading e-books. Link to read more about loaning devices.
