NB. If your issue concerns some UTUGradu process already started or a PDF / A validation tool or Turnit tools in a particular Moodle course area, you should provide the most accurate information about these (eg a direct link from the browser window) and who the issue concerns (student, supervisor, examiners).
The Educational Affairs personnel in faculties who are responsible for the administrative tasks related to graduation (e.g. registering study attainments, requesting the possible maturity test) will get an email from the UTUGradu system once the thesis in the examination and approval process has been approved by the Head of Department/Dean.
Some of the personnel of Office for Academic and Student Affairs have rights to see the list view of UTUGradu processes of their faculty: https://forms.utu.fi/private/utugradu_v3/list?lang=en
Each faculty has its own jointly-used email address to which the system automatically sends the approval information of the thesis on the basis of the subject and department the student has selected on the thesis form:
Faculty of Humanities: email@example.com
Faculty of Education: firstname.lastname@example.org
Faculty of Medicine: email@example.com
Faculty of Science and Engineering: firstname.lastname@example.org
Turku School of Economics: email@example.com
Faculty of Law: firstname.lastname@example.org

Student administration enters the information to the study register.
